SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We ship to New Zealand and selected international destinations. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre and delivered directly to your door.
PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched
- ⚠️ In the event of stock shortages or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may take up to 14 business days. We will notify you promptly if this applies to your order.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
- JuanNova ships internationally and some orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in New Zealand
- Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
- New Zealand customs may delay delivery in some cases — this is beyond our control
SHIPPING DELAYS JuanNova is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier companies or postal services
- Customs clearance processes
- Natural disasters, strikes or events beyond our control
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
INCORRECT ADDRESS
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order

- Once the order has been dispatched we cannot guarantee address changes
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- If your package arrives damaged take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- If your package is lost in transit contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier
- In confirmed cases of loss we will offer a full replacement or refund
